Your vendors pick their booth. You stop plotting placements by hand.
Fairground is a booth reservation page for recurring markets. Vendors open a map of your market, tap an open booth, fill in four fields and pay. Taken booths grey out the moment they are paid. Unpaid holds release themselves before your deadline.

Tell me where your market is and how many spaces it has. Within a day I will send you a one-minute video of your market in Fairground: your street or lot from satellite imagery, your booths on it, and what a vendor sees when they book. Free, no commitment.
How it works
Built for weekly night markets first, then any recurring market: street fairs, food truck nights, maker markets, farmers markets.
Pick a date, tap a booth
Vendors see the real street or lot, zoom in, and tap an open space. Four fields and your own waivers. No account to create.
Pay the way you already take money
PayPal, Stripe, Square, or the payment link you use today. The money lands in your account. Fairground never takes a cut.
Watch it fill in
Paid booths grey out live. Unpaid holds release before your deadline. Move a vendor, block a space, add a booking by hand, print the roster for the night.
Decisions, not spreadsheets
Which booths sell first and which dates sell out, so you know where you can charge more. Who holds spots and never pays. How many vendors you turned away.
Your map, editable by you
Drag booths and truck spaces onto satellite imagery, number them, set fees and premiums per space. Change the layout any time without calling anyone.
Your rules, not the software's
Fees by category, surcharges for long trucks, your payment deadline, your hold-harmless and media waivers, placement disclaimers. Set once in Settings.

Questions
Do vendors need to create an account?
No. Name, business name, email, phone, your waivers, pay. A returning vendor's details are remembered by email.
Does Fairground take a percentage of booth fees?
No. You connect your own PayPal, Stripe or Square account, or keep using a payment link and mark bookings paid from the dashboard. The fee is the flat price above.
We assign placements ourselves. Can vendors still apply without choosing a booth?
Yes. Vendors can request a date and category and your office places them on the map, or you can open self-selection for some zones and keep others assigned.
We are in Guam, Hawaii or another territory. Does it work here?
Yes. Fairground was built in Guam first, where Stripe is not available. PayPal and payment links work everywhere.
What happens to a booth if the vendor does not pay?
You choose the rule: a short checkout window for online payments, or a deadline like "Thursday 5 PM before the market" for payment links. Unpaid holds release automatically and the booth goes back on the map.
Who owns the data?
You do. Reservations and vendors export to CSV any time.
